First Nations Women’s Health Scoping Project

Karabena Consulting has been commissioned by Jean Hailes for Women’s Health to scope a national approach to First Nations women’s health. We frame health through the cultural determinants of health and a capabilities approach that follows women across the life course. The work also looks at the relationships and environments around women, including how men understand women’s health. It builds on our published lifecourse work to centre what Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women say they need to live well.
