Training
Karabena Consulting develops and delivers cultural learning programs for boards, executives, clinicians, educators and operational staff, ranging from foundational cultural awareness through to trauma informed practice, Treaty literacy, and accredited continuing professional development content for specialist medical colleges.
Each program is developed with the organisation and with the communities it serves, so that what is taught reflects the Country the organisation sits on, the people who come through its doors, and the decisions its staff actually make. Professor Kerry Arabena designs and facilitates at board and executive level, and our team delivers across operational and clinical settings.
We build the materials to remain useful after we leave, including course content and online modules that organisations continue to deliver themselves.
The work below shows where we have done it.
