Karabena Consulting is partnering with a superannuation fund to strengthen how it walks alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families through Sorry Business. Our cultural review of the death benefit claims journey, and a new learning resource for staff, bring kinship and cultural obligation into the way claims are understood and handled, so that families are met with dignity at one of the most important times in their lives.
